Responsibilities: As a SAP Master Data Governance MDG Practitioner, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Data Governance is recommended. Data Security at an intermediate level of proficiency, Data Governance Operating Model at an intermediate level of proficiency, and Data Standards at an advanced level of proficiency are suggested. Develop and implement data governance strategies to enhance data quality and compliance. Lead data governance training sessions for team members to ensure understanding and adherence to policies. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data governance processes into existing systems. Analyze data governance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data governance to drive continuous improvement.
