- Manage beans stock in beans warehouses by stock take and conduct regular check to ensure stock data are in line in SAP system (vs 3PL WMS)
- Monitor condition of warehouse and equipment to ensure beans stock are handled/kept in a good condition throughout the entire process (inbound, storage and outbound)
- To facilitate cocoa bean quality survey as instructed by Logistics and QA. To oversee and manage salvage sales and skimming activities for damaged cocoa.
- Optimize bean delivery schedule to BCM & BCMM
- Work with OSCO planning and upstream and Sourcing Manager relating to the consumption of the cocoa beans, taking into consideration the quality and aging of bean stock to optimize call-off plan
- Optimize stock storage plan in different warehouses to achieve efficient inbound/outbound process
- Responsible for maintaining/documenting weight for any beans movement up to delivered factory
- Prepare and check daily/monthly warehouse inventory report
- At least possess Diploma in Logistic Management
- 3 years experience in the same field
- Understand warehouse management
- Understand supply chain & production flow process
- Good logical thinking
- Good communication skill
- Fast pace and self starter
- Able to work under pressure
- Familiar with Ms. Office and SAP
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Able to work in a team or individually
- Understand GMP, safety, food safety, Halal and quality standards and procedures
