Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of technology projects, including preparing project timelines, defining milestones, tracking progress, reporting, and resolving impediments. Define and continuously improve projects management processes using data-driven insights. Own the collaboration process and associated tools. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts, other TPMs) to ensure timely and effective execution. Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) ensuring they are productive and time boxed. Schedule and hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address questions or challenges. Job Requirements: 5 to 8 years of experience in technology and project management. Project delivery or technical leadership background with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
