
Assistant Sales Manager (Property - Mixed Development)

- Provide supervision, guidance, and motivation to the sales team in order to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and manage the duty roster rotation for the sales team, as well as design and monitor sales incentive schemes to motivate them in achieving their targets.
- Identify, engage, and oversee external property agencies as needed.
- Collaborate with lawyers in preparing Sales & Purchase Agreements and related documents, while overseeing all loan applications.
- Collaborate with bankers to secure end financing and loan facilities.
- Execute sales promotions and packages to support the achievement of Group targets.
- Liaise with solicitors on legal documentation, financial institutions on end-financing matters, and government bodies on statutory requirements, regulations, and guidelines.
- Monitor application status, and resolve any arising issues by liasing with bankers in end-financing.
- Carry out the sourcing and engagement of real estate agencies.
- Ensure proper monitoring of all leasing agreements, renewals, and leasing transactions.
- Execute and monitor sales promotions and packages, ensuring all documentation is properly maintained.
- Compile and prepare required documentation and administrative work for management approval and subsequent submission to Finance for payment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, property management, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, property transactions, loan/financing procedures, and leasing practices.
- Familiarity with legal documentation, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines in property and financing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, guide, and motivate a sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
