  • Producing & taking accountability for reports to Bank Negara on LCR, NSFR, EAL and UBO
  • Responsible to ensure reports are submitted timely, accurately and in compliance with the guideline; consequences of delays will include being brought up as an item in RCGC
  • Consolidation & verification of reports to Bank Negara involving overseas branches and subsidiaries; this involves managing senior stakeholders in the international entities i.e. head of finance, head of compliance, head of audit, etc.
  • Provides input to the management reports to Board, ALCO, QSBM, Rating Agencies on key matter such as Liquidity compliance ratios
  • Attend to ad-hoc queries and clarification from Management and Bank Negara, on the above- mentioned reports to Bank Negara.
  • Simulate the impact on above regulatory reports relating to new product launch or new initiatives; this includes dealing with product owners in the various business divisions i.e. PFS. BCB, Global Markets & HLISB.
  • Reviewing & updating SOPs for each of the reports mentioned above
  • Conduct RCSA on a half yearly basis on the above reports.
  • Annual BCP testing to ensure that the business continuity is in place to ensure that the production and access of the above reports is not interrupted in the event of unforeseen disasters.
