Hello, we are looking to recruit E-commerce Executive to join us. This role manages product listings and sales performance across multiple e-commerce marketplaces. Also, the role is responsible for executing promotional campaigns and align e-commerce strategies with broader business goals. It is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-driven individual with experience in marketplace management and an understanding of the Malaysian online shopping landscape. Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions and pricing Conduct reviews of hot-selling and out-of-stock items, adjusting listings to minimize stockouts Analyze best-selling and slow-moving products, making recommendations to purchasing team Dig into sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to anticipate future demand Conduct competitive price analysis to ensure the company&aposs products remain competitively priced Monitor and update product stock levels, coordinating with warehouse and related teams Execute promotional campaigns and align e-commerce strategies with broader business goals Work with customer service team to handle customer inquiries in regards to product catalog Requirements At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field Preferably candidates specializing in E-commerce and understand online marketplace Able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail Able to anticipate changes and requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you have experience navigating on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok seller center platform, we want you!
