In your new role you will:
- Synchronization/timing of change activities wrt to transfer and ramp activities. Alignment on when to freeze to route transfers requirement)and when start to implement the changes
- Risk identification and verification before implementation (e.g. BE ,distribute PU material across released tools, bath life, volume mix, chamber/bath life etc)
- Balancing between productivity, transfers, ramp and stability requirements
- To make sure all SPACE control limits and spec limits are taken care at the control charts of inline as well as FDC/APC control systems
- To copy all the relevant OCAP for the inline and tool disposition for out of control events
- To safely implement the changes, work with QM/QE by applying TFMEA/PFMEA processes, following harmonization approach.
- To apply 1 PCRB approach for all the changes including materials, tool major critical spares, PA changes, Control/spec limit review.
- To work with UPE/UPD for all the process recipes are effectively copied by 1 to 1 approach and at the same time, similar configuration tools with same software solutions are applied at the recipient site.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Physics, Materials science, computer science, electrical, electronics or other engineering with strong background of Semiconductor wafer Fabrication Industry.
- Min 10 years Experience
- Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good team player and synergies between geographical locations.
