This branch is currently looking to expand their team by opening a position for Service Project Engineer. About the Role The candidate will be focused on managing the technical knowledge for the platform's functionalities and its different modules, assisting the commercial team in software demonstrations, training, project implementation, technical support and know how in the industry of interest to offer the clients the right solution in our portfolio. Responsibilities Manage technical knowledge for the platform's functionalities and its different modules. Assist the commercial team in software demonstrations. Provide training and project implementation support. Offer technical support and industry know-how to clients. Qualifications Bachelors in: Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial engineering with emphasis in Oil & Gas and energy industry in general (Junior - Senior). Required Skills Strong public speaking skills, comfortable in discussing technical topics in a broad spectrum of industry. Experience with remote work. Passion for technology and engineering. Ability for training and transferring knowledge to big groups. Self-driven individual with excellent aptitude for problem solving. Availability for national and international travel (Especially around Southeast Asia region). Flexible working hours and compromise with communication with main office if required despite the time difference. Fully fluent in English (bilingual or multilingual even better). Basic understanding of Information Technology. Responsibility and high work ethic. Preferred Skills Strong background (5 years) experience in diverse inspections techniques in the oil and gas industry. Fast interpretation skills to navigate and use technical documents such as P&IDs, Mechanical drawings, Plot plans, inspection & maintenance reports. Understanding in definition of asset hierarchies and taxonomy based on international standards (Ex: ISO 14224). Experience with SAP for tasks scheduling and work orders issuance. Experience in 3D modeling and Laser scanning. Strong understanding of API 580/581 Risk based inspection and other international standards. Knowledge of common practices for managing Pipelines onshore and offshore. Understanding of planning of integrity activities that are time, condition, risk, scheduled or run to failure based. Pay range and compensation package Salary: RM 8,000.00 - 12,000.00 per month (based on the candidate experience). Remuneration: travel expenses are fully covered by the company. This is a full-time position, and the contract terms and conditions will be issued based on the candidate's profile and experience.
