JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:· Organize workflow & manpower by assigning responsibilities· Responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedules, and monitoring employees’ performance to meet daily/weekly/monthly objectives· Ensure the safe use of equipment/ machinery and schedule regular maintenance· Check production output according to specifications· Submit reports on performance and progress· Identify, analyze, carry out and monitor continual improvements activities.· Enforce strict safety guidelines and quality standards set by the company, food industry and government agencies.· Performed related duties as assigned.Requirements:· Certificate or Diploma in any related discipline, Fresh graduates are encourage to apply· Good communication and interpersonal skill· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach· Computer Literate, Microsoft office,excel,power point etc.· Qualification in technical, engineering/ manufacturing or relevant field will be an advantage
