This candidate should be equipped with strategic sales planning/strong stakeholder management & leadership skills. Responsibilities & Duties: 1. Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization's short and long-term business goal. 2. Develop BD/Lead Generations/Lead Conversion Strategy to expand and protect market share, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term relationships with clients. 3. Build strong partnership with marketing team/business support/technical & project/HSE/other internal/external stakeholders to ensure the smoothness of BD development. 4. Establish/review the market intelligence report to analyze/improve the viability of market opportunities. 5. Leading a team by overseeing the process of tendering/negotiation/contract review to ensure the smoothness of leads conversion Requirements: Academic Qualification : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Electrical/ Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experiences: 1. At least 5 years of sales & leadership experience is required for this position. 2. Candidates with system integration sales experience in construction or engineering line will be given priority. 3. Experience or knowledge on energy or solar power will be an added advantage. 4. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese language 5. Strong Negotiation, Stakeholder Management skills. 6. Able to work independently in a complex environment with minimum supervision, result-oriented personality
