Job Title Duty Manager Aircraft Services (Aircraft Interior Cleaning) Reporting To Manager, Aircraft Services Division AeroDarat_Services Department ADS - Aircraft Services Ramp Section Aircraft Interior Cleaning Role Purpose To manage, monitor and supervise daily Aircraft Interior Cleaning and Dressing activities by providing a safe, and quality product in conformance to customer (Malaysia Airline and Foreign Airline) Key Accountability To manage, monitor third party service provider (Vendor) conformance to SLA and SOP To meet customer satisfaction - service delivery (On time performance, zero voyage report, above target survey ranking) To ensure operation safety at all times - zero incident and accident at work To manage and monitor performance of resources (manpower, cleaning Equipments, and aircraft items) - available and serviceable at all times To manage and plan inhouse resources (staffs, reporting), to maintain good relationship with third party customers (Airport authority, regulatory body) Qualification & Working Experience Degree in Airline Ground Handling services with 0-2 working experience in housekeeping and hospitality. Skills & Knowledge Good command in communication (Speaking and writing) Computer literate and anlytical Managing resources and proactive thinking Problem solving Key Challenge Service breakages (degradation of cleaning and dressing quality) due to unfavorable precision timing Resources (insufficient of manpower) Unfavorable flight operating pattern (Schedule, adhoc, clash of services) Show more Show less
