1. RE JD / scope To work during the stipulated IBM working hours or Monday to Friday: 8.30AM - 17.30PM Perform Daily / Weekly / Monthly system checking for Server / Storage / Network / Backup Server and Perform escalation for any error detected. Monitor AS400 and Storage replication and systems availability Coordinate and escalate with vendor and onsite engineer to identify and resolve any incidents Perform monitoring of server/Storage/Backup Server health check Assist in call logging when software or hardware issue is detected Coordinate and Schedule for Preventive Maintenance, health check and OS/Firmware update. Incident report or Log call to vendor for break fix Monthly/Quarterly /Half yearly of general system administration task suck as logs housekeeping, capacity monitoring, incident report and health check reports. Keep inventory list up to date, Asset inventory management such as tracking / updating of IT related devices (in scope) 2. Value added services Provide any logs required by principal, to review and take action as per recommended by principal, to follow-up till case close. To be part of the team in related policies and procedures Remote / Helpdesk support service for identification / problem resolution Assist client Helpdesk services such as create / update / close incident report based on customers' requirement Assist and maintain system documentation including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps Member of disaster recovery(DR) or participate in any DR activities (optional) Performance and capacity report 3. Out of scope Development, maintenance, implementation and enforcement of system policies and procedures Cloud system administration and support Logs and track on Infrastructure change request. Optional Working outside of IBM working hours, weekend and public holidays will be entitled for replacement leave or time-off
