In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:Lead and steer customer orders delivery promptly and accurately within contractual shipment periodAlert risk in advance and realign expectations of stakeholdersProvide updated price quotations and suitable delivery month to sales PIC for selected products.To manage process for discount approval when trades are to be done below the published prices.Timely reporting of trade done through WhatsApp and trade confirmation through email to buyer.To ensure raw material, capacity and freight requirement and communicated to the relevant departments.Coordinate for sample requests where required.To coordinate with customers and internal department for artwork and PDR requirements.To prepare 3 months forecasts of sales volume for planning purposesWork closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipment.Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement.Monitor and follow-up on shipment schedule and delivery of goods.Comply with port regulations and facilitate commercial trade transactionsDisclaimer:When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
