In your new role you will:
- Oversee and ensure all process parameter is compliance by shopfloor and process control is providing high level of quality through SPC / APC
- Lead and troubleshooting process issues, establish systematic approach through 8D, DMAIC to prevent reoccurrence
- To identify opportunity and lead in improve Plating yield and quality through data and defect mode analysis
- To drive projects to standardize and minimize complexity
- To identify opportunity and drive cost down projects.
- To lead and moderate all 8D and ensure effectiveness
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, and other semiconductor related areas
- More than 6 years' experience in semiconductor backend assembly and preferable with plating equipment experiences
- Knowledge in plating equipment, material and operations (Advance-level)
- Good analytical skills: SPC,JMP, DOE
- Problem solving skills: FMEA, 8D, DMAIC
- Understanding of OEE,MTBA
