- Assist clients in managing the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organisational goals.
- Create a strategy for how their organisations can exploit the Cloud, create a business case, design a Cloud architecture and put in place governance and policies to manage the new world.
- Architect the migration approach. Think about which of their existing on-premise applications to migrate to the Cloud, which applications should be re-built using Cloud native technologies and which should be bought from Cloud SaaS providers.
- Re-imagine ways of working. Engage the entire businesses to re-imagine the way work gets done and how new products and services are brought to market, all enabled by Cloud technologies. Engage with the business to re-imagine integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business units, disparate processes & systems.
- Innovate in delivery. Embrace new agile ways of working, enabled by new Cloud tools, to deliver your Cloud solutions.
- Integrate. Consider how to integrate the Cloud into their enterprise through infrastructure and networking solutions to connect, optimise, and manage Cloud solutions across a wide choice of platforms.
- Managed services. Ensure their use of the Cloud is secure, resilient, compliant, cost effective, and properly service managed, consider the use of a Cloud Managed Service Provider.
- Establish a strong leadership brand and inspire their team through passion, integrity, and appreciation of others.
- Make effective use of resources to optimise value.
- Demonstrate the success and efficiency of Deloitte through leveraging its network and people.
- Deliver exceptional quality results and stakeholder value by leveraging each person's strengths to build high performing teams across businesses and borders.
- Apply deep knowledge of disruptive trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement.

- Translate broader strategy into a compelling team vision and goals as well as align the team and sets priorities to achieve objectives.
- Contribute to building an inclusive talent pipeline by creating a talent experience that attracts, develops and retains diverse, top talent and high performing teams.
- Tertiary qualification in a computer Science or information systems disciple with a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in a MBA program.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in technology transformation with leading management consulting firms.
- Strong experience directly interfacing with senior business and IT stakeholders for public sector clients.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in building Service Oriented Architecture based enterprise applications.
- Experience with high traffic and scalable applications.
- Strong experience building applications using micro-service architecture
- Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
- Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
- Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
