- To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales services.
- To work closely with Preferred Relationship Managers and Commercial Banking Relationship Managers for referral on potential affluent customers.
- To plan and implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products.
- To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities.
- To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the region target."

- Manage sales pipeline by participating in sales management routines.
- Keeping abreast with accurate and updated information on products, services etc.
- Participate in CPD activites to increase knowledge and skills.
- Update branch managers on status of activites and any issues when necessary."
- Actively involve in cross-product sales activities of to ensure optimal customer reach, product exposure and effective operations that optimize delivery to customer.
- Ensuring successfullness of all relevant sales campaign."
- Refer customer to the relevant officers sales person for other products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the respective parties where necessary.
- Develop and build long term business relationship with customers."
- To perform housekeeping on business documentation efficiently. Avoid exposure and exercise caution on all confidential information.
- To submit the necessary to the relevants parties and follow-up on timely manner.
- To strictly comply to the CIMB Bank's policies and procedures, including credit control procedures, audit compliance, BNM Guidelines etc.
- To comply with sales code of ethics and governance.
- To response to compliance enquires both from vertical and horizontals as well as audit etc."
