Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for daily sales call activities meet the daily/weekly/monthly KPI Handling clients related to business vertical, based on the assigned industry and specialisation providing strategic road map with potential clients to generate more business. Responsible for daily recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, thorough interviewing, closing and onboarding candidates for the role assigned by the client/s. Utilizing social and professional medias such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. in identifying or prospecting clients and/or candidates within the assigned specialization.
