About The Job Lead the development of products, encompassing branding, marketing, quality, market initiatives, and strategies. Drive the formulation of corporate marketing plans and strategic initiatives through comprehensive analysis of business performance, strengths and weaknesses evaluation, assessment of industry trends, consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities. Conduct research on key issues and challenges within the target market and identify optimal strategic marketing approaches relevant to our industry. Analyse sales and marketing metrics to extract valuable insights for future marketing endeavours and predict market trends. Conduct thorough competitive analysis and monitor their marketing activities. Generate innovative ideas for promoting our products/services while maintaining brand coherence across all marketing platforms. Shape our overarching marketing strategy and supervise its implementation. Establish short-term and long-term marketing objectives along with appropriate KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business plans through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
