- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in an accounting role is an advantage.
- Perform general sales duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping; both online and offline
- Handle Sales Transaction and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier services and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Assist with office operations and provide support to different departments when needed.
- Respond to emails, calls, and other communications professionally.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic).
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
