Proven experience creating content for platforms like Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok
Strong skills in shooting, editing, and producing engaging short-form videos and photos.

Ability to analyze content performance using social media insights/analytics tools.
Creative thinking with an eye for storytelling, branding, and visual details.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Excellent time management and ability to meet content deadlines.
Team player with good communication skills.

ResponsibilitiesContent Creation:

Plan, shoot, edit, and publish original content across Xiao Hong Shu to promote our brand.
Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, visual style, and marketing goals.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor content performance and social media traffic.
Analyze engagement, reach, and audience behavior to optimize future content.
Prepare simple reports and share insights with the team.

Creative Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop fresh, creative ideas.
Ensure consistency in branding across all content and campaigns.
Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities to inspire content innovation.
