KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for AI driven solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, and engineers to define project objectives. Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend AI or automation solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. Assist in developing business cases, project roadmaps, and feasibility studies for AI implementations. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Work closely with the technical team to ensure business requirements are translated into functional solutions. Lead, coordinate and monitor all project related activities to ensure smooth execution of project tasks and deliverables Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment analysis to optimize system performance. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business impact of AI solutions. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field. At least 3-5 years working experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a tech or AI-focused environment (experience in a Big 4 firm is highly preferred). Strong proficiency in data cleaning, wrangling, visualization, BI & dashboard development, KPI tracking, and QA. Hands-on expertise in data analytics and programming tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, Graphs), Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn), Power BI, Kibana, SQL, and Statistics Experience with cloud, big data, and API exploration including AWS (S3, Glue), MongoDB, and Postman. Familiarity with machine learning and computer vision frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, YOLO, Roboflow, and CVAT. Proficiency in project and collaboration tools including Shortcut, Trello, Notion, Figma, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Loop, Updates). Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder communication, and data storytelling skills. Strong problem-solving, project management, and requirements-gathering capabilities. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly insights.
