Job Responsibility Management of the daily operations and overall accounting & admin functions Lead of Finance & Admin Team Handle full set of accounts Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly management reports, financial analysis of performance and variances Close supervision & monitoring of credit control process Monitoring of Bank Facilities (Term Loans & HP) Preparation of Forecast, Cash Flow Report & Project Ledger Liaise with Auditors for Financial Year End Reports & final adjustment Assist Director to arrange appointments and any assigned tasks by the management Responsible for overall HR functions including Payroll, Statutory Contributions, yearly form submission, etc.) Participate in recruitment and termination process including interview arrangement, preparation of employment contracts, on-boarding and exit formalities Compiling and updating employee records and HR documentations Arrange of company activities (Annual dinner, Team building, etc.) Liaise with Marketing / Training Departments for company events arrangement Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Experienced in full set of accounting process Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting field Familiar with SQL accounting and payroll software Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus Able to join in short notice is preferred Able to multi-task and work independently Responsible and dedicated Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude, team-player, excel at interpersonal skills and communication skills Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolition Job Benifits Nearby LRT station 5 working days Extra Annual Leave Advanced Career Opportunity Medical & Dental benefits Birthday free treatment Monthly free treatment & product voucher
