Visual Merchandising, Senior Executive (Retail Apparel)

• Execute VM planning and in-store launches, ensuring effective store zoning for compelling storytelling.
• Enhance brand presence across stores through creative use of graphics & props in in-store branding elements like window displays, posters, and POPs; also, provide graphic design support.
• Manage VM budget & expenses, plan store merchandise display capacity, optimize store layout and zoning, and monitor effectiveness.
• Foster cross-functional communication and alignment among departments for seasonal store campaigns, trade shows, and projects.
• Train and guide Visual Merchandising Specialists (VMS) in-store for consistent and effective execution of strategies.

• Degree or Advanced Diploma graduate. Proficiency in Microsoft, Photoshop. Illustrator and File Maker Pro is an added advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in managing visual merchandising.
• Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Exhibits self-driven leadership qualities, inspiring and guiding team members effectively.
