- Cultivate and maintain strong proactive relationships management with a designated portfolio of customers in HLB Personal Financial Services (PFS) segment of business and association clients by understanding their financial needs and objectives, hence building a strong foundation for CASA growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert advice on a range of banking products and services, including payment solutions, cash management and financing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and execute deposit, payment and other relevant banking solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
- Demonstrate strong ability to self-source, develop new business by actively prospecting for new clients and referrals, and leveraging your existing network to generate New to Bank leads within the assigned region.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements impacting consumer and business banking.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support for Branch Managers in your designated regions.
- Works collaboratively with Regional Community General Manager (“RCGM”) and across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies to deliver CASA growth.
- Provides leadership for the Product Management team to come up with new marketing strategies (digital or offline) that are aligned with the business goals.

- Degree holder in Finance, Business, Management or related field.
- Strong sales leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- At least 10 years proven working experience in Retail or SME Banking
- Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure.
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment.
- Ability to drive collaboration with functional and technical teams to achieve effective solutions.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of management, including the ability to influence at the executive level.
