More details as below Job Descriptions: Risks Manager, Risks & Controls Relevant university degree preferably finance or business related. Relevant risk qualification preferred but not essential. Preferably minimum of 6 years' experience in the financial industry; or Comprehensive business knowledge - structure, processes, procedures and technology. Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate results and recommendations to senior management in a concise manner. Executing Operational Risk Framework, Risk & Control Self Assessments, thematic reviews, control testing, risk reporting, event and root cause analysis. Superior interpersonal and networking skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Able to navigate large organizations and build collaborative relationships; Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in a complex environment Problem-solving skill Risk Identification & Assessment. Risk Monitoring and Reporting. Risk Control and Mitigation. Facilitation Skills. Change management skills. Communication management & plans. Analytical skills.
