Ensuring all measurement equipment are calibrated up to date.
Ensuring all the documents pertaining to quality is kept up to date.
Responsible to review quality issues, analyse, implement and follow-up on the relevant issues with Inter Department PIC.
Responsible to compile daily, weekly & monthly quality performance report to top management.
Coordinating quality assurance activities to ensure all incoming and outgoing products are conforming to specified standards.
Maintain all documents in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Responsible to ensure processes are delivering their intended output.
Responsible for final decisions on any quality issues.
Liaise with customers on product quality issues and coordinate internals’ corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all the products are on time delivery.
