Job Responsibility Manage and optimize online sales channels, including the e-commerce platform. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries. Efficiently process online orders, ensuring timely delivery. Analyze sales metrics for growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective online sales strategies. Handle administrative tasks: data entry, filing, and documentation. Assist in inventory management and order fulfillment. Working Hours 6 days per week, including 1 day of work from home. Working hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Proven experience in online sales and administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales channels. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic data analysis skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Able to communicate and read Mandarin.
