• Financial Planning and Reporting:

• Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets.
• Preparing financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Analysing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Financial Risk Management:

• Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Capital Management:

• Managing the company's capital structure and fundraising activities.
• Evaluating investment opportunities and managing the company's portfolio.
• Cash Flow Management:

• Monitoring and managing the company's cash flow to ensure sustainability.
• Working with other departments to optimize cash flow.
• Leadership and Supervision:

• Leading and supervising the finance and accounting teams.
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Representing the company's financial interests to external parties.

• Professional certifications such as, ICAEW, ACCA, MIA, CMA preferred
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge: A deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills: Ability to analyse complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
• Leadership and communication skills: Ability to lead and motivate a finance team and communicate financial information effectively.
• Strategic thinking: Ability to understand the company's overall business strategy and contribute to its financial planning.
• Experience in a related field: A strong record in hospital finance, accounting, and information system.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
