Job description a. Assist in DO & PO. b. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. c. Assist with the sales and production teams when needed. d. Planning daily workload and Reporting to the Account Manager. e. General administration duties. f. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support for SHEELY. g. Reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows). h. Manage the flow of documentation within the organization. i. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.Requirements a. Strong written and verbal communication skills. b. Competent with MS Excel & Word. c. Committed and good attendance record. d. High responsibility and eye for details. e. Hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. f. Data organization skills. g. Proficient typing and editing skills Work Time & Location: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; 8am-1pm Saturday [Lien Yaik Hardware (M) Sdn.
