Location: Setiawalk Puchong Job Description: CRM & Membership Operations Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and retention Analyze membership data to gain insights and support targeted marketing campaigns Manage and monitor the performance of membership programs, benefits, and point systems Plan and execute member-exclusive campaigns and personalized engagement initiatives Coordinate with teams to optimize member experience across all touchpoints Provide regular CRM reports and insights to management, including ROI and KPIs Retail Store & Campaign Support Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions and member-centric campaigns Coordinate with stores to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activities Supervise and guide stores in delivering consistent brand and customer experience Assist in managing store maintenance and merchandising display standards as needed Participate in innovation planning, providing insights from CRM and customer behavior data Perform any other ad hoc tasks related to CRM or retail operations as assigned Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any fields Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for executive role as on-job training will be provided Good communication, interpersonal and training skills Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Due to nature of business) Staff Benefits: 13th Month Bonus Performance Bonus Extra Paid Leave (During New Year) Encashment of Leave (Annual Leave) Medical Coverage Parking Subsidy Dental Coverage Birthday Leave Show more Show less
