In your new role you will:
- Support perform investigation on any equipment major breakdown and any quality related issue.
- Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime.
- Drive and oversee equipment maintenance activities such as sustain machine OEE performance and Machine down time UD.
- Support SPO activity & TTI on new equipment setup & buyoff.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
- 2 years of working experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- A fundamental knowledge of the semiconductor processes in relevant Assertiveness, intercultural as well as strong leadership skills and independent working method.
- Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
