- Driving the online activation aligned with the annual marketing plan across Singapore and Malaysia
- Optimising website contents and user experience to drive the web traffic, targeting on both B2B and B2C audience
- Generating traffic on the company online platform via paid media, email marketing, partnership etc.
- Collaborating across functions to deliver an effective marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
- Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Monitoring website analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions
- Working closely with the regional digital team to ensure consistency on the online marketing plan
- Managing relationships with external partners, vendors and agencies to ensure content optimisation
- Staying updated on industry trends, technology advancements and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any other related field
- In-depth knowledge in digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present reports on digital marketing performance
- Background from hospitality industry would be an added advantage
