Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to achieve the marketing objectives of the company. Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing activities which include online media strategy, paid media, partnerhsips, EDM, market research and performance analysis for Singapore and Malaysia markets.The Digital Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies in Malaysia and Singapore markets to achieve the marketing goals and objectives. The key responsibilities include:
  • Driving the online activation aligned with the annual marketing plan across Singapore and Malaysia
  • Optimising website contents and user experience to drive the web traffic, targeting on both B2B and B2C audience
  • Generating traffic on the company online platform via paid media, email marketing, partnership etc.
  • Collaborating across functions to deliver an effective marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitoring website analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions
  • Working closely with the regional digital team to ensure consistency on the online marketing plan
  • Managing relationships with external partners, vendors and agencies to ensure content optimisation
  • Staying updated on industry trends, technology advancements and best practices

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any other related field
  • In-depth knowledge in digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present reports on digital marketing performance
  • Background from hospitality industry would be an added advantage
