Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in sales activities, and offering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities will include demonstrating product functionalities, solving customer queries, and assisting with pre-sales and post-sales technical support. The role requires frequent collaboration with the sales team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
