- Analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Possess a diploma or higher educational qualification.
- Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
