This newly created role offers the opportunity to be the first HR Manager supporting a dynamic and growing business unit. Your new role As the HR Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Group CHRO. You&aposll be responsible for managing all HR functions for the consumer financing business unit, which comprises approximately 60 employees across various locations. This is a hands-on generalist role covering recruitment, employee relations, training, engagement, and strategic HR planning. You&aposll also play a key role in partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive workforce effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end recruitment and onboarding Handling industrial and employee relations independently Driving employee engagement initiatives tailored to a sales-driven workforce Supporting performance management, succession planning, and workforce forecasting Regular travel to regional offices, especially in Johor What you&aposll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you should have: Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within financial services or consumer financing Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Willingness to travel regularly across regions Mandarin language proficiency is preferred due to workforce demographics.
