Job Description:We are looking for experienced specialist in the Custom Declaration Field to join us. This role requires as runner with great deal of passion toward export & import custom declarations.Job Responsibilities:

Collect & pass customs declaration paper (K1,K2,K3,K8 and K9) for assessment at customs office (Wesport,Northport, PKFZ, Southport)
To upload required document into customs system (myCIES) for clearance approval and to follow-up on the inquiry status for on time clearance coordination
Process duty & tax payment at wisma kastam
Validate customs paperwork and perform truck seal and break seal activities.
Perform customs assessment including job related with other government agency (OGA) such as MAQIS, Wildlife dept, Pharmacy dept, Health dept, KDN, SIRIM & etc
Coordinate and assisting on cargo examination/inspection activities between customs or OGA
To update status of paper progress pass/query by customs in timely manner
To ensure related customs related docs (COR/CRD) was upload in timely manner in CW1 edocs once customs clearance complete
Assisting on submitting customs appointment letter application and follow-up on the approval
Ad-hoc request – revision approval, to check on IMP & EXP requirements, submit cancellation form, request letter to customs & etc
To follow up closely shipment with Custom / PKFZ / Westport / Northport / Southport & etc
To attend loading/unloading shipment at warehouse or port
To process DO payment at CFS warehouse.
To assist in collecting BL & sending documents
To clear container at custom side & monitor export clearance status as booking plan
To ensure compliance of ISO/EMS requirements
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate manage.
Support development of CDZ process and process improvement via electronic solutions

To be successful in this role, we are expecting:

This role requires minimum 3 years working experience in the freight forwarding field / logistics industry and mandatory to have custom declaration background exposure.
Skillset requires: Strong Negotiation Skill, managing Stakeholders' Expectations, Custom Declaration Process Knowledges
Preferably customs clearance experience in the Freight Forwarding
Candidate must be willing to do shift work (especially Night Shift), Public Holiday & flexible with working hour.
This position is located in Port Klang, Selangor.
