  • Prepare and updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and General Ledger.
  • Managing bank transactions by preparing payments and verifying document.
  • Prepare Debtor statement
  • Ensure debtor aging & creditor aging to manage payment on time.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancy.
  • Preparation of claims and commissions payment.
  • Payroll Function
Tanggungjawab
  • Have experience in using Auto-count Accounting system will be priority
  • Proficient in English writing and speaking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in software skills e.g. MS Office
  • 5 working days, Monday to Friday
  • No overtime required
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
