- Prepare and updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and General Ledger.
- Managing bank transactions by preparing payments and verifying document.
- Prepare Debtor statement
- Ensure debtor aging & creditor aging to manage payment on time.
- Reconciles financial discrepancy.
- Preparation of claims and commissions payment.
- Payroll Function
- Have experience in using Auto-count Accounting system will be priority
- Proficient in English writing and speaking
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in software skills e.g. MS Office
- 5 working days, Monday to Friday
- No overtime required
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
