This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and HR policy development. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices aligned with company goals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring effective selection and onboarding of top talent. Create and drive employee engagement and retention strategies. Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally. Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Design and deliver training and development programs. Advise senior leadership on strategic HR-related matters. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , or a related field. 3-5 years of progressive HR experience , ideally including setting up HR functions from scratch. Industry HR candidates in the internet industry are ideal. Proven expertise in talent acquisition , employee engagement , and HR compliance . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail. Fluent in English ; knowledge of Mandarin or Malay is a must. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
