- Partner with product managers to align designs with business objectives and product goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital platforms.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Create and document design patterns, components, and guidelines for use by the broader design team.
- Explore and experiment with new design tools and methodologies to enhance the team's design capabilities.
- Propose innovative solutions to design challenges, contributing to the overall growth and success of the digital banking platform.
