Responsibilities:Oversee the installation, integration, and testing of network devices, and ensure proper operation and performance.Manages and monitors organization's network infrastructure and all systems network infrastructure to be in line with company guidelines.Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.Diagnose and resolve network, software, and hardware issues, such as network outages, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks.Optimize network performance by tuning network devices, protocols, and configurations.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of network designs, configurations, and procedures.Lead and manage network projects, including planning, coordinating, and executing network implementation and migration projects.Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and continuously enhance skills and knowledge through self-study, training, and certifications.Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to team members, and other stakeholders.Specifications/Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer System & Network or related field.Proven experience (2-3 years) working as a Network Engineer, with experience on configuration of network security components.In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, technologies, and products.Strong experience in network design, implementation, security, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with cloud networking, and virtualization.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Project management experience is a plus.Added advantage in certification from Comptia or Cisco for Information Security / Network and Cloud Technologies.Experience in IS/Network and Cloud Technologies would be an added advantage
