Responsibilities: To assist in planning and preparing materials for in-store events and promotions; to monitor social media performance (post insights and engagement trends); to plan and execute social media and WhatsApp blasts in order to engage the public and drive membership growth; to strategize and lead membership activation plans, including offline marketing activities to boost engagement and member participation; to support outlet / stores on marketing activities, liaising with relevant teams and external parties to ensure successful event execution; to capture product / event photos / videos for social media; to prepare monthly reports, event recap and meeting minutes and work closely with coordinator / digital media team to monitor and gather feedback on posts / reels / campaigns.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in marketing or advertising. Salary RM3K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
Fresh graduates with strong portfolio and internship experience will be considered.
Familiar with social media platforms and basic video/photo editing tools (Canva, AI, Photoshop, CapCut).
Willing to travel to outlets when needed.
Proactive, details - oriented and a strong team player with good communication skills.
