Assist in managing and growing our international social media presence across platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Create and localize engaging bilingual content (English & Chinese) tailored for different regions and platforms
Monitor Web3 trends, market narratives, and online culture to keep our content fresh and relevant
Engage with global community members, respond to comments and messages, and participate in online discussions
Support planning and execution of social media campaigns and community activities
Analyze performance metrics and assist in preparing regular reports
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to support broader growth initiatives

Requirements:

Strong passion for crypto, blockchain, and Web3 culture
Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) is required
Solid understanding of social platforms such as X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.
Good writing skills and creativity with content tailored for different audiences
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote team environment
Familiarity with content tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar is a plus
Previous experience in social media, marketing, or community roles is a bonus, but not required
