Our client is a budding Malaysian real estate agency established since 2008, from humble beginnings of about 10 aspiring Real Estate Negotiators to over 250 Real Estate Negotiators thus far. They accredit this success to their belief that they are more than just a numbers company.Responsibilities: * Design and implement social media strategy on digital platforms to align with business goals.
- Knows market insights, generate and implement content according to social media strategy.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, agents and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Manage stakeholders including the Sales and Marketing Team Leaders.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews Community Management
- 2 years experience of Social Media and Marketing required
- Proven track record of successfully maintaining Social Media Accounts
- Real Estate/ Property Social Media and Marketing experience preferred
- Keen on learning and continuous improvement self-reflect, what went wrong, and what to improve.
- Strength: You will know how the Real Estate industry works, working with the Sales, Marketing & Corporate Branding Team.
- Relational: You will work with the Sales, Marketing Team and Corporate Branding to strategize social media marketing plans & communication materials that talk to the right audience.
- Growth: Your will establish your portfolio as a Social Media Specialist
