Project Manager High Level Description Proven experience in Business Transformation and Organizational Change Management , with significant experience successfully launching large scale initiatives involving multiple business lines/enabling functions in the financial or digital domain Proven track record as a Change Lead , ideally for Omni channel programme or other similar digital transformation programme Strong experience/exposure in managing complex multi-market delivery, Change Framework and Requirements lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of Payments and the Payments external environment - regulatory, competitors, etc. Strong business acumen in Retail Banking with front line, customer facing experience Strong understanding of Change Methodology Frameworks, Agile Ways of Working methodologies and best practice techniques Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment with multiple initiatives and changing priorities Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, manage and articulate clearly to senior executive and key stakeholders Ability to lead through influencing skills by engaging, motivating, driving results, and holding various teams across the programme accountable for attaining set goals and objectives Attentive to detail and proficient with project tracking, reports, metrics and presentations, including leveraging analytical tools associated with project management Proven track record in delivering payment capabilities from front to back. Business Analyst High Level Description Proven track record in delivering Digital payments journeys on customer facing channels e.g. Mobile Strong understanding for Cash FX , and the of the Payments lifecycle from Payments initiation to settlement & reconciliation Strong functional knowledge of payment schemes ( SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, CHAPS etc.) and ISO20022 standards Should have good understanding of regulatory & scheme-specific requirements e.g. ISO20022 readiness, ISO Hybrid Address Compliance readiness etc. Prior experience in Real Time Payments / Instant payments / Proxy payments is good to have Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with stakeholders and delivery partners. Should have good working knowledge of Epics and Requirements, As-Is, To Be/desired solution outline, backlog creation Experience in managing Governance (e.g. Change impact assessment, Business readiness) Good stakeholder management especially with stakeholders including senior business leads, risk & compliance stewards, technology Working with the business to conceptualize solutions/operating models- Change adoption activities to seamlessly embed change and drive benefits realization Agile expertise, requirement life cycle management and traceability, experience in digital transformation projects in a global banks/consulting firm/ Financial industry Articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful and structured way to suit audience, user story writing Create required artefacts and to expected standard (e.g. Behavior Driven Development (BDD) in user stories, end-to-end flow diagrams with touchpoints, Confluence documentation for requirements traceability). Identify potential risks to service or performance and deals with them proactively; effectively manages review processes to identify quality issues early. Use systemic thinking and creativity in devising solution options by anticipating the issues/ risks and act to mitigate; handle any unforeseen roadblocks swiftly and effectively.
