- Proven expert knowledge of HR principles, industry best practices, and successful program delivery

- Expertise in Change Management, able to thrive in ambiguity and handle competing priorities
- Profound HR generalist knowledge, familiar with end-to-end HR functions such as reward & recognition, career development, talent management, and retention
- At least 5+ years of HR/Consultancy experience, including 3+ years in a People Partner role demonstrating business acumen and the ability to integrate People and business strategies
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Management, or a related field
