- Responsible for sales and profitability targets for the assigned customer base.
- Involve in the proposal preparation process till the handover Purchase Order process.
- Leverage your key interpersonal and inquisitive skills to continuously build your customer knowledge to expand and create opportunities and sales.
- Ensure and improve Customer Satisfaction and experience with Siemens Energy
- Handle and update the Customer Key Stakeholders map and develop Customer Account Strategy Plans for all assigned key customers.
- Elevate relationships with relevant partners and prospects leading to pipeline generation and ultimately to achieving revenue and profit targets.
- Play a key role in developing and promoting campaigns and plans to help drive effective sales.
- Proactively providing feedback and suggestions on the development and evolution of our bids as well as feedback on our Wins & Losses.
- Maintain timely market and competition situation analysis
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in Engineering required with minimum 5 years of experience in Energy industry and at least 5 years in Sales/ business development role.
- Profound knowledge in turbo machinery and strong technical understanding of the gas turbine, compressor and steam turbine.
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within customer organization, strong analytical and strategic thinker with a focus on technical differentiation and value selling.
- Strong passion and proven success in achieving profitable business growth
- Good market knowledge in oil & gas and industrial market in Malaysia and extensive relationships across the customer organizations.
- Prepare, reviews and RFQ and able to prepare the quality proposal. Understanding the SE costing structure.
- Distinct customer orientation, strong customer interface skills
- Proven track record of successful projects or service business execution and contract negotiation and management experience
- Team player and ability to collaborate with multiple external and internal partners.
- Proficient in Malay and other local language will be an added advantage
- Must be willing to travel.
- Be a trusted advisor to both your Internal and External Stakeholders
- Develop your technical and soft-skills working with multi-functional teams
