- Identifying new sales opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
- Possess at least an SPM qualification or its equivalent.
- Preferably have at least one year of sales experience.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
- Highly motivated with a pleasant personality, eager to learn, and a committed team player.
- Capable of working independently and fulfilling duties assigned by the company.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
