What You'll Do Lead the client relationship : be the key contact, the problem-solver, and the trusted advisor. Turn client briefs into strategy : distill goals, KPIs, and budgets into actionable campaign plans. Drive 360 campaigns : work across media, content, branding, CRM, PR, events, and e-commerce to deliver cohesive strategies. Craft and present compelling proposals, quotations, and reports that win trust and drive growth. Collaborate across 9 departments to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable results. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and recommend next moves. What We're Looking For Proven experience in account management , client servicing , or strategy (agency background preferred). Strong grasp of multi-channel marketing : ATL, BTL, digital, and CRM. Excellent communicator and presenter, confident in leading client conversations. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once. A natural collaborator who thrives on cross-department teamwork. Nice to have: Experience managing retainer clients or annual campaign calendars.
