2. Perform analysis on spending trends for APAC & MEA business organizations.
3. Monitor forecasting accuracy, develop measurable indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variances
4. Acquired budget management skills such as monitoring and controlling the APAC & MEA business organization estimates and preparing annual budgets
5. Support Dept change, creation and estimate effort % updates in EPM
6. Support Budget loading in EPM
7. Support monthly financial closing and manual adjustments booking
8. Close collaboration with the respective Dept Managers, Business Budget Champions in driving budget control efficiency
9. Close collaboration with the respective Organization Managers, Operation Leads, Finance Controllers, and Directors for the International Finance Review.
10. Continuous drive efficiency opportunities such as reporting & actively contributing to cross-functional initiatives
11. Any other dept related requests & ad hoc reporting iv>#LI-TK1Basic Requirements1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university or college
2. More than 5 years of experience performing various finance roles
3. Must be a self-starter who can work independently, attention to detail, and be comfortable with ambiguity and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners at all times
4. Ability to manage tasks with high complexities, and tight deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
5. Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to conceptualize
6. Excellent time management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
7. Flexibility to work beyond regular working hours
8. Advanced MS Excel & Google Sheet experience is a plus
9.
