Job Details: Position : Technical Business Analyst Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0800 to 1730) Company Industry : Aviation MRO Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance) WHO CAN APPLY Bachelor's degree in Computers, Engineering, or related field, preferably with a focus on data analytics. 4-10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within the aviation, manufacturing or technology industry. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python & data visualization tools (Spotfire, SAP HANA, Fiori etc). Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Spotfire, Tableau etc. Know how to use Microsoft Form, Google Form, ChatGPT & Gemini Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations. Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of Lean principles and a passion for continuous improvement. Hunger to deliver impactful results and make a significant contribution to the company's success. Able to start in short notice Open only for Malaysian JOB TASK: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across MRO operations, including technicians, mechanics, and management, to gather and analyze business requirements and process data. Utilize your data analytics expertise (e.g., SQL, Python, data visualization tools) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the MRO Shop. Develop insightful reports and dashboards that clearly communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making. Propose and implement data-driven solutions to optimize MRO processes, reduce cycle times, improve quality, and enhance cost-efficiency. Champion Lean principles, driving continuous improvement initiatives and streamlining workflows based on data-driven evidence. Partner with cross functional DT teams to develop and integrate data analysis tools and systems for effective data management and utilization. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies relevant to the aviation industry.
